LEGO Masters Australia Vs The World Season 6 Episode 10 Batman challenge Final Builds Brick Banter

LEGO Masters Australia Vs The World Season 6 Episode 10 Recap

Challenge – ‘Batman’

LEGO Masters Australia Vs The World teams are challenged with creating iconic vehicles for some of Batman’s greatest foes. Villains are The Joker, The Riddler, The Penguin, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn.

Each team will be given a villain, where they will need to build a vehicle for Gotham City, creating a good vs evil battle scene.

With Krystle and Michelle winning the last challenge, they get to choose the villains for the other teams. Starting with themselves, they pick Harley Quinn.

The give Shane and Dianne The Joker, Annalena and Felix The Riddler, Peter & Ida The Penguin, leaving Ben and Eric with Poison Ivy.

They have 8-hour to build in this elimination build, to make the Semi-Final.

Eric & Ben (NSW) – Australia

Poison Ivy

Sticking to the plant theme that is perfect for Poison Ivy, Ben and Eric are building a Venus Flytrap. Up-rooting from the ground, spraying toxins around and battling with Batman.

Brickman’s Judging

Is a plant a vehicle? That’s the big question for Brickman. He passes it, but only just! He loves the green and feels the colour pops, but their technical is lacking.

Dianne & Shane (WA) – Australia

The Joker

Dianne and Shane decide to build a vehicle based around the comical chattering teeth, that kidnapped some GOtham PD, with a Joker-Land in the back ground.

Shane is using a mechanism to make the teeth chatter, which when working, I think they look great!

Brickman’s Judging

Brickman loves the chattering teeth! He feels the background is perfect and ties the story in together really nicely.

Krystle & Michelle – USA

Harley Quinn

The perfect character for this team, they are build Harley Quinn a Cadillac, which has a giant mallet on top of it. Which will be crashing into The Joker’s jewellery store.

Brickman’s Judging

Brickman think the vehicle is great and the story is obvious. He loves the big lettering feeling it fits in the world of Batman.

Ida & Peter – Denmark

The Penguin

Ida and Peter are creating a giant seagull mech that’s bursting through the ground, that’s kidnapped a little girl. There will be a fight scene with Batman to mesh it all together. Why a seagull? They have already built a penguin in Episode 1, so are not wanting to build another.

But, after Brickman stops by, not understanding the story, they change direction and make it a penguin.

Brickman’s Judging

Brickman thinks the story just works, as you can see a kidnapping happening. He likes the brick bending, but isn’t sold on the vehicle.

Annalena & Felix – Germany

The Riddler

Annalena and Felix know nothing about Batman and the characters. So taking inspiration from the card they were dealt, they see question marks and the colour palette. They decide to make Batman and Riddler mechs with puzzle pieces on the ground. The puzzle on the floor will be interactive, which Hamish will have to solve.

Brickman’s Judging

Hamish (as Batman) attempted to solve the riddle in the build, but fails. Does this mean the Riddler wins? Is this the end for the cape crusader?!

Brickman loved the Bat logo and the dynamite on the roof. Loving the story.

Final Judging

Krystle and Michelle are safe from elimination with the BIG brick. Brickman brings forward, Shane and Dianne, and Annalena and Felix. They are the three top teams for this build, all making it through to the semi-finals. But it’s Shane and Dianne who win this challenge!

But Ben and Eric, alongside Peter and Ida are in the bottom two. This elimination, it’s Peter and Ida who will be heading home.

The semi-final challenge tomorrow night is ‘Lily Pads’, tune back into Brick Banter, same Banter time, same Banter place to see all the builds.
